Cannibal Doctor (1999), directed by William Hellfire, is a low-budget horror-exploitation film that leans heavily into sleaze and shock value but falls short in delivering a compelling narrative or genuine horror. The plot follows a doctor (Hellfire) and his wife (Tina Krause) who plan to eat a young woman, Michelle (Erin Brown, aka Misty Mundae), to stay youthful. Michelle, naïve to a fault, arrives for a job interview as the doctor’s secretary and is coerced into a prolonged, uncomfortable “examination” that dominates the 65-minute runtime.
